How we ship your order...
When you place an order with us, we get to work as quickly as possible. Once your parcel has left our warehouse, you’ll receive a dispatch email with full tracking so you can follow its journey.
Most orders arrive within a couple of working days from dispatch, but delivery can vary depending on your location, courier availability and busy seasonal periods.
Why your order might take a little longer...
Some products are available on pre-order, which means they have a longer lead time before they reach our warehouse. These items are clearly marked on our website with an estimated dispatch window so you can secure your piece in advance.
We also group items into one shipment whenever possible... it’s simpler for you, and kinder to the planet.
If things are taking longer than expected…
It’s possible you ordered a pre-order item, or the courier may be experiencing seasonal delays. Your tracking link will always show the most up-to-date information.
