Our conversation with our users is at the heart of our Service and sharing content (i.e. comments, photos, videos) is a huge part of that. If we have featured or asked to feature your content on our website and our social channels then it is because we love your style, thoughts and vibe.
If we want to feature your content you will receive a reply to your post from @houseofdotcom, asking for your permission to publish your photo. Please reply with #houseofame to give your permission and agree to our Terms and Privacy Policy. Your social media account name will be displayed alongside your photo.
When using our Services, you agree to grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, nonexclusive, royalty-free, fully paid, multi-channel, multi-format, worldwide, and sub-licensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly perform and display your content including any name, username or likeness provided in connection with your content. - Contains any unsolicited promotions, political campaigning, advertising or solicitations; or
- Contains any private or personal information of a third party; or
- Contains any viruses, corrupted data or other harmful, disruptive or destructive files or content; or
- Fails to disclose a material connection to us, if you have one.
